'Hand on learning'

Hip Hip Hurray -------- it's field trip day!

Students of Std.III and IV went on a field trip to UNIBIC facotry on Tumkur Road and "GONE MAD" (G.P.Foods) factory in Electronic City for some "Hand on learning".

The day was about important moments in learning, shared social experience that provides the opportunity for students to encounter and explore novel things in an authentic setting.

The trip was both educational and fun. The children were given caps and taken through the entire process of cookie making, one room at a time, right from the raw materials, to dough mixing and baking. The best part was they got packets of sample cookies. There was a constant chatter of oatmeal butter, chocolate chip honey!! etc...
